this year's Pancake
Breakfast on Sunday June 6, 2010.

 Over 1,200 community members turned
out to support
ICARE's mission at the
Chauncey Swan Parking Ramp in downtown Iowa
City. It was a beautiful day and not a drop
of rain in site. ICARE was pleased to see
over 110 very dedicated volunteers rolling up
their sleeves to make this the most
successful breakfast yet!
We were honored to have Congressman Dave
Loebsack, Senator Bob Dvorsky,
Representative Dave Jacoby, Attorney Janet
Lyness and the following Johnson County
Board of Supervisors: Pat Harney, Rod
Sullivan, Sally Stutsman and Janelle
Rettig, along with many
more local dignitaries helping out the day
of the event.
Thank you to all of our volunteers,
sponsors,
ticket outlets,
and
entertainers who made the
breakfast a success, and to those who showed
their support by stopping by for a bite to
eat!
The fundraiser brought in over $10,000 in support of ICARE's case management, prevention and
education services. New to the event this
year, ICARE hosted a raffle with many great
prizes. Thanks to the area businesses who
donated the prizes and to all who purchased
raffle tickets! The winners are:
